Intro to Movie Making 

 

In this four day camp students will plan, write, and film their own movie! Students will have a blast writing their movie script and acting and filming. Students will learn how to film using HD Cameras and edit their movies.  Students will get to use Cameras, Green Screens, and editing software.  The last day of camp, students will have a movie premier, sharing their movies with family and friends.  Each student will get a DVD copy of their movie!  

 

**It is recommended, but not required that students take both Intro and Advanced together, for a complete experience**

What is provided?All equipment, computers, software, instruction, snacks, and a DVD copy of their movie. Students are responsible to bring their lunch.

Advanced Movie Making

**STUDENTS MUST HAVE TAKEN OR BE SIGNED UP FOR INTRO TO MOVIE MAKING BEFORE ENROLLING IN THIS CAMP**

 

Building on the movie making skills learned in the Intro class, students will work with an acting coach and learn the ins and outs of acting, writing, and directing! Students will learn advanced camera angles and how to make their film more professional. Students will create , film, and star in their own movie!

Who can go? Students going into 4th-8th grade who have taken Intro to Movie Making (Or signed up for both camps)

What is provided? All equipment, computers, software, instruction, snacks, and a DVD copy of their movie. Students are responsible to bring their lunch.

How Much? $165 or ($155 each if you sign up for both intro and advanced) for 4 days from 9:30 to 3:30
